微生态调控腹膜假黏液瘤中黏蛋白稳态的研究进展
摘 要:
腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei, PMP) 是一种临床综合征,其特征是腹膜内有弥漫性黏液肿瘤,常伴有黏液性腹水,通常起源于破裂的阑尾黏液性肿瘤。既往研究表明细菌存在于PMP 的肿瘤和黏液中,且与PMP 中黏液的产生密切相关,但是作用机制尚未明确。本文系统总结了PMP 中黏液的主要成分黏蛋白2 (mucin 2, MUC2) 的生物合成过程、分子特征、主要表达途径及靶向治疗方法,为PMP 中黏液的溶解策略研究提供新方向;此外,重点探讨了微生物对MUC2 的调控,以期从微生态的方向为调控PMP中黏蛋白的动态平衡提供初步的理论基础。

Abstract:
Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) is a clinical syndrome characterized by disseminated intraperitoneal mucinous tumors, often accompanied by mucinous ascites. It typically originates from a ruptured appendiceal mucinous tumor. Previous studies have shown that bacteria reside within PMP and mucus, and are directly related to the production of mucus in PMP, yet the mechanism is not well understood. This paper systematically reviews the biosynthetic process, molecular characteristics, main expression pathways and targeted therapies of mucin 2 (MUC2), the main type of mucins in PMP, to provide a new direction for the development of PMP mucolytic strategies. In addition, we focus on the regulation of MUC2 in PMP by microorganisms, in order to provide a preliminary theoretical basis for regulating the dynamic balance of mucins in PMP from the direction of microecology.
