METTL3调控肿瘤侵袭转移的分子机制研究进展
摘 要:
甲基转移酶样3 (methyltransferase-like 3, METTL3) 是N6- 甲基腺嘌呤(N6-methyladenosine, m6A) 甲基转移酶复合体的核心催化亚基,能够催化RNA 上的腺嘌呤第6 位氮原子发生甲基化。已有研究显示METTL3 在多种癌症中异常表达,与肿瘤增殖、侵袭、迁移、凋亡、细胞周期等密切相关。本文对近几年来METTL3 调控肿瘤侵袭转移的研究进展进行综述,系统分析METTL3 调控肿瘤侵袭转移的分子机制,为肿瘤的治疗提供新的思路和方案。

Abstract:
Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3), a predominantly catalytic enzyme in the N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methyltransferase complex, is responsible for catalyzing the methylation of the sixth nitrogen atom of adenine on RNA. Previous studies have shown that METTL3 is abnormally expressed in a variety of cancers and is implicated in many aspects of tumor progression, including proliferation, invasion, migration, apoptosis and cell cycle. In this review, we summarized the underlying molecular mechanisms of METTL3 in tumor metastasis, and provides new ideas and programs for tumor treatment.
