衰老过程中氧化应激和炎症对血睾屏障的损伤作用及机制研究进展

摘 要:

血睾屏障对促进精子发生和维持正常的生精微环境至关重要。随着年龄增长,血睾屏障功能受损并伴有相关连接蛋白表达水平和定位的改变,而氧化应激和炎症是衰老时血睾屏障受损的关键。本文就氧化应激和炎症在睾丸衰老过程中破坏血睾屏障的具体作用机制展开综述。

Abstract:

The blood-testis barrier is essential to promote spermatogenesis and maintain an optimum microenvironment for spermatogenesis. In the aging process, the blood-testis barrier function is damaged and accompanied by changes in the expression level and localization of cell junction proteins. Oxidative stress and inflammation are the key factors for the damage of the blood-testis barrier during aging. In this review, we describe the specific mechanisms of oxidative stress and inflammation disrupting the blood-testis barrier during testicular aging.
