Hsp40/DnaJ蛋白参与病毒复制与运动及相关抗病毒研究进展
摘 要:
病毒是细胞寄生生物,其生命周期需借助许多细胞蛋白才能得以完成。其中,细胞的伴侣蛋白在大多数病毒侵染及增殖过程中起重要作用。Hsp40/DnaJ 家族蛋白属于分子伴侣蛋白一个大的亚群,其通过直接或招募Hsp70 蛋白的方式,在病毒侵染和增殖过程中发挥重要作用。本文着重综述了目前Hsp40/DnaJ在病毒复制、病毒粒子在细胞间运动以及宿主抗病毒反应方面的研究进展,以期为开发针对Hsp40/DnaJ 靶
点的抗病毒药物或策略提供参考。

Abstract:
Viruses are cell-parasitic organisms and their life cycles require the help of many cellular proteins to complete. Among those, proteins of the Hsp40/DnaJ family belong to a large subgroup of molecular chaperone proteins that play an important role in viral infiltration and proliferation, either directly or by recruiting Hsp70 protein. This article focuses on the current research progress of Hsp40/DnaJ in virus replication, intercellular movement of viral particles and antiviral response, aiming to provide new ideas for the development of antiviral drugs and strategies targeting Hsp40/DnaJ.
