肝脏类器官芯片在生物医学中的研究进展

摘 要:

肝脏类器官芯片是一种基于三维培养并搭配微流控系统的特殊芯片。肝脏类器官可依托芯片技术,在体外构建出具有三维结构的人体肝脏生理微系统。该文概述了肝脏类器官芯片在生物医学领域的最新研究成果,归纳总结包括三维肝细胞芯片、肝血窦芯片和肝小叶芯片在内的不同类型的肝脏类器官芯片特点,分析肝脏类器官芯片领域发展面临的诸多机遇和挑战,展望了肝脏类器官芯片未来的发展方向。肝脏类器官芯片技术将为人类疾病和健康领域开创新的研究途径。

Research progress of liver organoid chip in biomedicine

Abstract:

The liver organoid chip is a special chip based on three-dimensional cell culture, regulating the fluids flow by microfluidic system. In vitro, construction of liver  organoid needs to rely on liver organoid chip technology to build three-dimensional physiological microsystem of  human liver. Here, we reviewed the latest studies of liver organoid chip in the biomedical field, and summarized  the characteristics of different types of liver organoid chips including three-dimensional hepatocyte chip, hepatic sinusoid chip and hepatic lobule chip. Besides, we pointed out opportunities and challenges of liver organoid chip development, and prospected the following development direction of liver organoid chip. Liver organoid chip technology will provide new research approachs in human disease and health field.
