2022年衰老生物学发展态势

摘 要:

衰老生物学以健康老龄化为目标,主要围绕衰老生理性或病理性过程及机制开展研究。随着近年全球健康老龄化的战略部署,衰老生物学得以快速发展,2022 年以来,全球在衰老研究政策支持、衰老研究模式拓宽、衰老标识拓展等方面取得了重要进展。鉴于此,该文重点从衰老生物学领域的总体发展态势、基础研究进展、临床研究进展等角度对2022 年重要进展进行梳理分析,并对衰老生物学基础研究和临床研究未来重点发展方向以及发展模式进行展望,以期为后续研究提供参考。

Development trends of aging biology in 2022

Abstract:

Aiming at healthy aging, aging biology mainly focuses on the physiological or pathological processes and mechanisms of aging. With the strategy deployment of global healthy aging, aging biology has been developing rapidly in recent years. Since 2022, important progress has been made in the aspects of policy support for aging research, expansion of aging research models and acknowledgement of aging hallmarks around the world. In view of this, this paper focused on sorting out and analyzing important progress in 2022 from the perspectives of overall development trends, basic research progress and clinical research progress in the field of aging biology. Future development directions and models of basic and clinical research of aging biology were also prospected in order to provide references for subsequent research.
