S100蛋白家族在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘 要:

S100 蛋白家族的多个成员在人体血管组织以及心肌细胞内表达,提示S100 蛋白家族在心血管疾病中具有重要作用,可能作为心血管疾病的诊断标志以及治疗靶点。其部分成员能够影响心肌细胞的Ca2+稳态,影响线粒体的能量代谢和相关细胞的增殖、凋亡,在动脉粥样硬化、肺动脉高压、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病中作用明显。基于此,该文对S100 蛋白家族部分成员在心血管疾病中的作用进行综述,旨在为心血管疾病的研究及诊治提供新方向。

Abstract:

Several members of the S100 protein family are expressed in human vascular tissues as well as in
cardiomyocytes, suggesting they are of vital importance to cardiovascular diseases and may serve as diagnostic markers as well as therapeutic targets for cardiovascular diseases. Some of them are able to affect Ca2+ homeostasis in cardiomyocytes, influence mitochondrial energy metabolism and related cell proliferation and apoptosis, playing significant roles in various cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, pulmonary hypertension, and heart failure. Based on this, this paper reviews the roles of some members of the S100 protein family in cardiovascular diseases, aiming to provide new directions for the research, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the future.
