国内外CRISPR-Cas基因编辑技术主要申请人专利布局分析

摘 要:

CRISPR-Cas 系统作为全球应用范围最广的基因编辑工具,是全球顶尖研究机构与企业科技创新与技术布局的重点。本文基于CRISPR-Cas 基因编辑领域相关专利数据,在分析全球与我国 CRISPR-Cas 基因编辑技术相关专利发展态势的基础上,筛选具有代表性的专利申请人进行重点研究,揭示了国内外基因编辑领域的发展态势与创新布局特点,并对进一步优化我国该领域技术布局策略提出启示与建议。

Analysis on the patent layout of main applicants in China and abroad for CRISPR-Cas gene editing technology

Abstract:

As the most widely used gene editing tool in the world, CRISPR-Cas system is the focus of scientific and technological innovation of the top research institutions and enterprises in the world. Based on the patents related to CRISPR-Cas gene editing, we analyzed the patent development trend of CRISPR-Cas gene editing technology in China and abroad, and selected representative patent applicants for further research to reveal the technology development path and innovation layout in the field of gene editing technology. According to the findings above, we put forward enlightenment and suggestions for further optimizing Chinese technology strategy in this field.
