人工智能病理在肿瘤精准医疗时代的应用与挑战

摘 要:

数字病理学的发展和计算机视觉算法的进步推动了人工智能技术在肿瘤病理学领域的应用。目前,人工智能病理在肿瘤诊断、指导治疗策略选择、疗效评估以及预后预测等方面均已显示出良好的应用前景。人工智能技术在肿瘤病理学中的应用有助于提高病理诊断的客观性、准确性,有效减轻病理学家的工作量,为实现疾病精准诊疗和患者个体化管理奠定了良好基础。在此,本文概述了如何将人工智能病理融入肿瘤精准医疗的工作流程,并讨论了将人工智能技术应用于肿瘤病理领域所面临的挑战、机遇和相应的应对策略。

Abstract:

The development of digital pathology and advances in computer vision algorithms have promoted the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of tumor pathology. To date, AI pathology has shown a good application prospect in tumor diagnosis, guiding treatment strategy selection, curative effect evaluation and prognosis prediction. The application of AI in tumor pathology not only contributes to improve diagnostic accuracy and objectivity, but also reduces the workload of pathologists, laying a good foundation for accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumors and individualized management of tumor patients. Herein, we present an overview on how to integrate AI pathology into the workflow of precision oncology and discuss the challenges and opportunities, as well as the corresponding strategies when applying AI in pathology.
