双特异性抗体药物的专利分析

摘　要：

双特异性抗体是指能同时特异性结合两个抗原或抗原表位的人工抗体。由于其特异性和双功能性，现已成为抗体工程领域的研究热点，在肿瘤、自身免疫病、炎症、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默症和骨质疏松症等多个领域中具有广泛的应用前景。该文通过文献调研、数据库检索、数据统计与分析等研究方法，对双特异性抗体相关专利信息进行分析，以了解双特异抗体领域的发展脉络和趋势。

Patent analysis of the bispecific antibodies

Abstract:

Bispecific antibodies refer to artificial antibodies that can specifically bind to two antigens or epitopes at the same time. Due to their specificity and bifunctionality, bispecific antibodies have become a research hotspot in the field of antibody engineering, and have broad application prospects in many fields such as tumors, autoimmune diseases, inflammation, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and osteoporosis. This article analyzes the related patent information of bispecific antibodies through literature research, database search, data statistics and analysis and other research methods, in order to understand the development context and trends in the field of bispecific antibodies.
