摘 要:摘 要:在枯草芽孢杆菌形成芽孢的整个过程中,基因表达的方式主要由Spo0A、σH、σF、σE、σG 和σK等因子来控制。不对称分裂(asymmetric division)和裹吞作用(engulfment)是芽孢形成过程中经历的两个非常特殊的形态结构变化。各sigma因子出现的时间与地点都与这两个形态结构的变化紧密相连。本文将主要介绍芽孢形成起始点的调控,不对称分裂和裹吞作用发生的机制与σF、σE、σG 和σK等 sigma因子活化的时间和地点等方面的研究近况。

Abstract: Abstract: In the whole process of sporulation of Bacillus subtilis, Spo0A, σH, σF, σE, σG and σK are key regulators to the pattern of gene expression. Asymmetric division and engulfment are two mainly morphogenetic changes. The time and place of the sigma factors appearance have connection with two morphogenetic changes. This article is about the initiative of sporulation, the process of asymmetric division and engulfment, regulation of the activation of σF,σE, σG and σK.
