长非编码RNA MEG3的调控机制与抑癌功能新进展

摘 要:

母系表达基因3 (maternally expressed gene 3, MEG3) 是近年来人们极为关注的长非编码RNA,它通过影响EZH2、p53 和miRNAs 等多种细胞关键调节因子的活性,从而在抑制肿瘤恶性转化、减缓癌症进展和增强化疗敏感程度等方面发挥重要作用。该文归纳人源lncRNA MEG3 的基因结构、上下游调控机制以及在肿瘤中的综合性生物学功能,并关注MEG3 应用于肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗和预后的前景意义,为后续的研究提供参考。

The recent progress on regulation mechanism and tumor suppressor function of long non-coding RNA MEG3

Abstract:

Maternally expressed gene 3 (MEG3) is a long non-coding RNA that has attracted great attention in recent years. It affects the activity of various key cellular regulators such as EZH2, p53 and miRNAs, and plays an important role in inhibiting malignant tumor transformation, slowing down cancer progression, and enhancing chemosensitivity. This review summarizes the gene structure, upstream and downstream regulatory mechanism, and the comprehensive biological function of human lncRNA MEG3 in tumour. The application prospective of MEG3 in early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors is also included to provide a reference for subsequent research.
