长链非编码RNA调控非酒精性脂肪肝脂质代谢的研究进展

摘 要:

非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD) 是目前全世界最常见的慢性肝病,部分是由于肥胖人群的增加和胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance, IR),但非酒精性脂肪肝发病的分子机制尚不明确。近来, NAFLD 发病过程中的表观遗传学调控机制广受关注,而非编码RNA (noncoding RNAs, ncRNAs) 是机体脂质代谢的重要调节因子,特别是长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNAs, lncRNAs) 已被证明在转录和转录后基因调控中发挥重要作用。该文总结了lncRNAs 在NAFLD 脂质代谢中的调控作用及相关机制,以期为寻找有效预防和治疗NAFLD 的新靶点提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is currently the most common chronic liver disease in the world, partly due to the increase of obesity and insulin resistance. However, the pathogenic mechanism of NAFLD remains unclear. Recently, the epigenetic regulation of the pathogenesis of NAFLD has attracted wide attention. Non-coding RNAs are important regulatory factors in lipid metabolism, especially long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), which have been proven to play multiple roles in transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene regulation. This review summarized the regulation of lncRNAs on lipid metabolism in NAFLD, aiming to provide theoretical basis for finding new targets to prevent and treat NAFLD.
