摘 要:

磷酸甘油酸变位酶5 (phosphoglycerate mutase 5, PGAM5) 亦称线粒体磷酸酶,与其家族成员高度同源。作为一种多功能蛋白,PGAM5 主要通过蛋白质与蛋白质的互作和特异性丝氨酸/ 蛋白质磷酸酶活性发挥作用。越来越多的研究表明,除在细胞凋亡中具有重要作用外,PGAM5 亦参与其他病理生理过程,如激活程序性坏死、氧死亡以及调控线粒体自噬、线粒体分裂和线粒体生物发生等,但PGAM5 在其中的具体作用仍知之甚少。现就PGAM5 的病理生理功能作一综述,以期为相关靶点在临床转化医学领域的应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Phosphoglycerate mutase 5 (PGAM5), also known as mitochondrial phosphatase, is highly homologous with its protein family members. As a multifunctional protein, PGAM5 mainly functions through protein-protein interaction and specific serine/protein phosphatase activity. A growing number of studies have shown that, in addition to playing an important role in apoptosis, PGAM5 is also involved in other pathophysiological processes, such as activation of necroptosis, oxeiptosis, mitochondrial autophagy, mitochondrial fission and mitochondrial biogenesis. Therefore, the pathophysiological functions of PGAM5 were reviewed in order to provide reference for the application of related targets in the field of clinical translational medicine.
