心肌脂肪酸代谢对运动的反应与适应

摘 要:

心肌脂肪酸代谢和葡萄糖代谢是既相互合作又相互竞争的动态平衡关系,一旦被打破可导致心肌代谢紊乱。长期规律性运动可改善心肌脂肪酸代谢,达到良好的运动适应,但心肌脂肪酸代谢对一次运动的反应和对长期运动的适应并不相同。心肌脂肪酸代谢对运动的反应与适应机制可从脂肪酸摄取、氧化分解、脂质合成积累、线粒体功能和糖酵解等五方面分析。该文通过回顾现有研究,总结心肌脂肪酸代谢规律,探讨其运动反应与适应的机制,为优化运动方案防治心肌脂肪酸代谢紊乱拓宽思路。

Response and adaptation of myocardial fatty acid metabolism to exercise

Abstract:

The metabolism of fatty acid and glucose in myocardium is a dynamic equilibrium. Chronic exercise can improve fatty acid metabolism of myocardium, but the response to acute exercise is not the same as the adaptation to chronic exercise. The response and adaptation mechanism of myocardial fatty acid metabolism to exercise can be analyzed from the following five aspects: fatty acid uptake, fatty acid oxidation, lipogenesis, mitochondria and glycolysis. This paper summarizes the regulation of fatty acid metabolism in myocardium, and discusses the mechanism of exercise response and adaptation, so as to broaden the thinking for optimizing exercise program to prevent and treat the disorder of fatty acid metabolism in myocardium.
