TRIM家族在乳腺癌中的研究进展

摘 要:

乳腺癌是全球癌症发病率第一的恶性肿瘤,尽管目前的治疗策略取得了巨大进展,但是乳腺癌的复发、转移与耐药仍然是患者死亡的主要原因。因此,探讨乳腺癌的发病机制,开发新的治疗靶点迫在眉睫。三结构域(tripartite motif, TRIM) 家族蛋白在乳腺癌的发生和发展过程中发挥关键作用,通过靶向各自相对应的基因影响乳腺癌细胞的增殖、转移、侵袭和对化疗药物的耐药性。该文重点介绍了近年来TRIM 家族在乳腺癌中的功能以及作为诊断标志物和治疗靶点等方面的最新研究进展。

Abstract:

Breast cancer (BC) is the most common malignant tumor worldwide. Though great progress has been made in recent years, recurrence, metastasis, and drug resistance are still the main causes of death in BC. It is urgent to explore the pathogenesis of BC and develop new therapeutic targets. Tripartite motif (TRIM) family members play a key role in the BC occurrence and development. They affect the proliferation, metastasis, invasion, and chemotherapy resistance through targeting genes. This review focuses on the recent advances in the functional mechanism, diagnostic markers, and therapeutic targets of TRIM family in BC.
