关节软骨损伤再生修复研究进展
摘 要:
创伤、磨损等导致的关节软骨损伤是一种常见的疾病。由于软骨组织内缺乏血管、神经和淋巴管,关节软骨在损伤后的自我再生修复能力十分有限。保守的药物治疗和关节置换术均存在各自的局限性。完美再生修复关节软骨是治愈软骨损伤的理想状态,这仍是再生医学领域极具挑战性的难题。经历数年的发展,骨髓刺激术、骨软骨移植、软骨细胞植入和软骨组织工程等软骨再生相关技术有些已被逐步开发应用,并取得了积极的效果。但该领域目前仍存在的许多基本科学问题需要解答,当前的再生修复技术仍需要不断研究以改进和完善。该文主要就目前关节软骨损伤再生修复研究所面临的重要科学问题和取得的新进展作一综述。

Abstract:
Articular cartilage defects caused by trauma and wear are a common disease. Due to the lack of blood vessels, nerves and lymphatic vessels within the tissue, the ability of self-regeneration and repair of articular cartilage is very limited. Conservative drug therapy and joint replacement both have their own limitations. Complete regeneration and repair of articular cartilage is an ideal way to cure this disease, but it remains a challenging problem in the field of regenerative medicine. After decades of development, cartilage regeneration techniques including bone marrow stimulation, osteochondral transplantation, chondrocyte implantation and tissue engineering cartilage have been gradually developed and applied, and many positive results have been achieved. However, there are still many development bottlenecks in this field, which still need to be constantly improved and perfected. This article mainly reviews some critical problems and new progress in the research of articular cartilage regeneration and repair.
