MMP-2和MMP-9在骨骼肌组织中的研究进展
摘 要:
基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs) 是一类Zn2+、Ca2+ 依赖性蛋白水解酶,在动物组织中已分离鉴定出MMPs 家族的28 种亚型。国内外对明胶类酶MMP-2 和MMP-9 在动物正常生理条件下的骨骼肌生长发育、病理条件下的骨骼肌修复与再生等方面的研究较多,并且近年来明胶类酶MMPs 在畜禽骨骼肌生长和肉质改良中的作用也逐渐成为MMPs 研究的热点。该文在总结动物骨骼肌中明胶类酶MMPs 研究进展的基础上,对目前MMP-2 和MMP-9 在骨骼肌组织研究中存在的局限性进行了初步分析和探讨,以期为MMPs 的进一步研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract:
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a type of Zn2+- and Ca2+-dependent proteolytic enzymes. In animal tissues, 28 subtypes of MMPs family have been isolated and identified in animal tissues. There are many domestic and foreign researches on the skeletal muscle growth and development of gelatinase MMP-2 and MMP-9 under normal physiological conditions in animals, and the repair and regeneration of skeletal muscle under pathological conditions. In recent years, the role of gelatinase MMPs in livestock and poultry skeletal muscle growth and meat quality improvement is gradually becoming a research hotspot. Based on the summary of the research progress of gelatinase MMPs in animal skeletal muscles, we analyze and discuss the current limitations of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in skeletal muscle tissue research, with a view to provide reference for further research and application of MMPs.
