HuR在衰老性骨骼肌萎缩中的作用以及运动对其影响的分子机制

摘 要:

作为一种RNA 结合蛋白,人类抗原R (human antigen R, HuR) 在肌肉组织重塑或维持和衰老过程中协调关键基因的转录后水平,能够增强mRNA的稳定性。HuR广泛参与机体炎症、骨骼肌纤维化等发展进程,影响细胞的增殖、分化、衰老和凋亡。适宜的运动作为干预肌肉衰减症最有效的措施之一,可通过调控衰老骨骼肌内HuR的表达,进而稳定多种细胞因子,发挥延缓肌萎缩的作用。该文通过总结HuR与肌生成相关的信号通路,分析运动对HuR及相关分子影响的作用机制,以期为防治肌肉衰减症、肌营养不良症等提供新思路和理论依据。

Functional role of HuR in age-related skeletal muscle atrophy and exercise-related molecular signaling mechanisms

Abstract:

As an RNA-binding protein, human antigen R (HuR) coordinates the post-transcriptional levels of key genes during skeletal muscle remodeling and aging, and enhances the stability of mRNA. HuR is widely involved in the process of inflammation and fibrosis, and it also affects cell proliferation, differentiation, senescence and apoptosis. Appropriate exercise is one of the most effective measures to treat sarcopenia. It can regulate the expression of HuR in the aging body, thereby stabilizing various cytokines and delaying muscle atrophy. This article summarizes the myogenesis signal pathways related to HuR, and analyzes the mechanism of exercise affecting HuR and its correlative molecules, hoping to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia, muscular dystrophy and other diseases.
