程序性坏死相关蛋白在炎症性肠病中的作用研究进展
摘 要:
程序性坏死(Necroptosis) 是一种新近发现受调控的细胞坏死,主要依赖于激活后的RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL 等蛋白形成级联复合体并最终导致细胞呈现坏死样特征。越来越多的研究显示,程序性坏死参与了多种炎症性疾病,特别是炎症性肠病的发生发展。对疾病产生机制的研究有助于疾病的预防与治疗,因此该文对程序性坏死及其关键调控蛋白在炎症性肠病中的研究进行了综述,希望通过对现有的实验数据总结能为炎症性肠病的研究以及治疗提供新的思路和方向。

Abstract:
Necroptosis, a recently discovered programmed form of necrosis, mainly depends on signaling cascades initiated by protein complex such as RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL to induce necrotic-like cell death. Growing evidence shows that necroptosis has played an important role in the development of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Because studying IBD pathogenesis could promote the development of new therapies against disease, we reviewed the studies of necroptosis associated with inflammatory bowel diseases, hoping that this review could benefit the inflammatory bowel disease research.
