脐疝发病机制及易感基因研究进展

摘 要:

脐疝(umbilical hernia, UH) 是人及其他哺乳动物中常见的腹壁疝之一,可对人类健康及畜牧养殖造成较大影响。UH 发生与腹壁强度不足直接相关,已知造成脐部及周围腹壁强度降低的因素主要包括腹壁发育不全和胶原代谢异常等。同时,UH 受遗传因素的影响,目前已陆续发现相关的易感基因及位点;不过,UH 的分子遗传机制尚无确切定论。该文对UH 的发病机制以及相关易感基因的研究进展进行讨论及综述。

Research progress on pathogenesis and susceptibility genes of umbilical hernia

Abstract:

Umbilical hernia is one of the most common abdominal wall hernia diseases in both human and other mammals, which has a large impact on human health and animal husbandry. The development of umbilical hernia is directly related to the lack of abdominal wall strength, and the known factors causing the weakness of umbilical area mainly focus on the hypoplasia of abdominal wall and abnormal collagen metabolism. In addition, umbilical hernia is affected by genetic factors, and related susceptibility genes and sites have been successively discovered, but researchers haven’t reached a consensus on the molecular genetic mechanism. In this review, we will describe the pathogenesis of umbilical hernia and summarize the discovered susceptibility genes.
