棕色脂肪组织与交感神经系统之间双向调节的机制

摘 要:

神经与脂肪组织的交互作用一直是十分热门的研究课题。棕色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue, BAT) 内部有丰富的交感神经纤维浸润,这些纤维在BAT 局部构成交感神经系统(sympathetic nervous system, SNS) 传出支。近几年的研究发现,SNS 在BAT 生理功能的调节中发挥主导作用,而BAT 来源的细胞因子又反馈性维护着SNS 信号输出的稳态。因此,BAT 与SNS 之间存在显著的双向调节作用。该文首先梳理了SNS 对BAT 生理功能的支配作用,并在此基础之上分别从BAT 来源的分泌因子及BAT 内部免疫细胞和血管网络等方面总结了BAT 对SNS 输出信号的反馈调节通路。明确BAT 与SNS 之间的双向调节机制可以构建“神经- 脂肪组织”互作的研究框架,同时也为肥胖病及其相关代谢并发症的治疗提供切实可靠的理论依据。

Mechanism of bidirectional regulation between brown adipose tissue and sympathetic nervous system

Abstract:

The interaction between nerve and adipose tissue has always been a hot research topic. There exist abundant sympathetic fibers in the brown adipose tissue (BAT), which constitute the efferent branches of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS). In recent years, it has been proved that SNS plays a leading role in the function of BAT, while BAT-derived cytokines maintain the homeostasis of SNS signal output. Therefore, the crosstalk between BAT and SNS takes on a bidirectional form. In this review, we primarily conclude the dominant role of SNS in the functions of BAT and on this basis, summarize the feedback regulation pathway of BAT on output signals of SNS from the aspects of secretory factors, immune cells and blood vessels in the BAT. Clarifying the mechanism of interaction between BAT and SNS can promote the framework of topic related to nerve-adipose crosstalk and also provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of obesity as well as related metabolic complications.
