miR-20b-5p在肿瘤及其他疾病中的生物学功能

摘　要：

miRNAs 是一类非编码的小RNA 分子，在多种疾病的发病和治疗中发挥重要作用，可调控细胞增殖、细胞周期、凋亡和迁移等过程中关键基因的表达。miR-20b-5p 属于miR-17 家族，在多种肿瘤中和非肿瘤性疾病中存在异常表达。在肿瘤中，miR-20b-5p 扮演着癌基因或抑癌基因的角色，可通过调控相应靶分子的表达影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭与迁移等生物学行为，进而促进或抑制肿瘤的发生发展。该文对miR-20b-5p 在肿瘤和非肿瘤性疾病中的生物学功能和机制进行简要综述。相信随着对miR-20b-5p 的功能和机制的深入阐明，miR-20b-5p 有望作为多种疾病的诊治靶点。

Abstract:

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding small RNA molecules, which play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of numerous diseases, and they can regulate the expression of key genes related to cell proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, migration, invasion. MiR-20b-5p belongs to miR-17 families, and is abnormally expressed in various tumors and non-neoplastic diseases. MiR-20b-5p acts as an oncogene or tumor suppressor gene, which regulates the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and migration of tumor cells, thereby promoting or inhibiting the genesis and progression of tumors. In this review, we summarized the biological functions and mechanisms of miR-20b-5p in tumors and non-neoplastic diseases. Accompanied with gradual elucidation of the function and mechanism of miR-20b-5p, it is believed that miR-20b-5p is a potential target for diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.
