生物钟基因调控骨代谢的研究进展

摘 要:

哺乳动物的骨骼从胚胎时期开始便处于不断变化的动态代谢过程中,骨骼的健康状态依赖于骨组织自身分解与合成代谢之间的动态平衡。这种动态平衡受基因和环境等因素影响,其中生物钟基因能够直接或间接调控骨代谢的观点已受到广泛认可。然而生物钟基因种类繁多,不同生物钟基因对骨代谢的调控作用各异,且具体的调节机制仍未阐明。因此,该文综述了生物钟基因调控骨代谢的研究进展,旨在为骨质疏松等骨代谢疾病的预防与治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:

Mammalian skeleton is constantly metabolized since the embryonic stage, and the health of bone depends on the dynamic balance between the catabolism and anabolism of bone tissue. This dynamic balance of bone metabolism can be influenced by genetic and environmental factors, and it is widely recognized that circadian clock genes can directly or indirectly regulate bone metabolism. However, there is a variety of circadian clock genes. The regulatory roles of different circadian clock genes in bone metabolism are different, and the specific regulatory mechanisms remain unclear. Therefore, this review summarized the progress of research on the regulation of bone metabolism by circadian clock genes, aiming to provide some new ideas for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolic diseases such as osteoporosis.
