circRNA作为ceRNA调控冠心病的研究进展
摘 要:
冠心病是由冠状动脉结构或功能异常引起的心脏疾病,可导致心肌缺血和缺氧,是当今人类的主要死因之一。虽然有关冠心病发病机制的研究已取得较大进展,但尚未完全阐明。许多研究表明,环状RNA (circular RNA, circRNA) 可作为竞争内源性RNA (competitive endogenous RNA, ceRNA) 与靶微小RNA分子相互作用,参与转录后基因表达的调控,进而影响冠心病发生发展过程。该文就circRNA 及其生物学功能和ceRNA 假说进行概述,并着重综述了circRNA 作为ceRNA 调控冠心病发生发展的作用。

Abstract:
Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a heart disease caused by structural or functional abnormalities of the coronary arteries. It is the main cause of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, and has become one of the main causes of death in the world today. Although the research on the pathogenesis of CAD has made great progress, its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Many studies have shown that circular RNAs (circRNAs) can act as competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) to interact with target microRNAs molecules, and participate in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression, thereby affecting the occurrence and development of CAD. This article gives an overview of circRNAs and its biological functions as well as ceRNA hypothesis, and focuses on the role of circRNAs as ceRNAs in regulating the occurrence and development of CAD.
