运动干预肥胖性心肌病及其机制研究进展

摘 要:

轻度至中度肥胖个体心脏结构和功能异常,可诱导肥胖性心肌病的发生。研究发现,运动干预是改善肥胖性心肌病的有效手段。适宜运动能降低肥胖患者心肌脂肪含量,减轻左心室心肌肥大,提高左心室舒缩功能,改善心肌病理性重塑。研究表明,适宜运动可以通过降低炎症和氧化应激、改善线粒体功能障碍、抑制脂质沉积和细胞凋亡以及调节RAS 活性和miRNA 表达等途径改善肥胖性心肌病。该文通过梳理国内外最新文献,对肥胖性心肌病的运动干预疗效和机制进行分析,旨在为肥胖性心肌病的运动干预及治疗靶点提供有价值的参考。

Research progress of exercise intervention on obese cardiomyopathy and its mechanism

Abstract:

Cardiac structure and function abnormalities in mild to moderate obese individuals can induce obese cardiomyopathy. Studies have found that exercise intervention is an effective means to improve obese cardiomyopathy. Appropriate exercise can reduce myocardial fat content in obese patients, reduce left ventricular myocardial hypertrophy, improve left ventricular diastolic and systolic function, and improve pathological remodeling of myocardial. Studies have shown that appropriate exercise can improve obese cardiomyopathy by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, improving mitochondrial dysfunction, inhibiting lipid deposition and apoptosis, and regulating RAS activity and miRNA expression. By combing the latest domestic and foreign literature, this article analyzes the efficacy and mechanism of exercise intervention for obese cardiomyopathy, and aims to provide a valuable reference for exercise intervention and treatment targets for obese cardiomyopathy.
