摘　要：摘　要：siRNA(short interference RNA, siRNA)是21~23nt的短双链RNA，将哺乳动物细胞内特异基因的mRNA特异性降解而使基因失活，引起转录后沉默该基因的作用。本文针对siRNA在肿瘤治疗中的研究现状进行综述。

The new therapy method of cancer—siRNA

Abstract: Abstract: siRNA consists of  double-stranded RNA of 21~23 nt, which can induce special mRNA degradation. The special gene was interfered by posttranscriptional gene silencing. This paper summarizes the situation of siRNA used in the therapy of carcinoma.
