振动训练与心血管及脑部疾病防治研究进展

摘 要:

心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD) 及脑部疾病已成为全球范围内主要疾病致死原因和重大公共卫生问题,振动训练可作为心血管及脑部疾病的有效干预手段,其主要通过调节人体血压与心率、血管阻力与血流量、神经结构与功能,改善代谢综合征、心血管及脑部疾病患者心功能和认知及运动功能,延缓疾病发展进程;其机制涉及到增强心率变异性(heart rate variability, HRV) 和自主神经功能,抑制机体过度炎症和氧化应激,提高机体细胞因子水平等方面。该文通过梳理相关文献,归纳总结振动训练对心血管及脑部疾病的防治效应及相关机制,为振动训练在心血管及脑部疾病临床预防和康复的应用提供依据和思路。

Research progress in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and brain diseases by vibration training

Abstract:

Cardiovascular and brain diseases have become a major cause of death from diseases and a major public health problem worldwide. Vibration training can be used as an effective intervention for the cardiovascular and brain diseases, mainly by regulating the blood pressure and heart rate, vascular resistance and blood flow, and nerve structure and function, improving the heart function, cognitive and motor functions of patients with metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular and brain diseases, and alleviating the disease development process of patients. Its mechanism involves enhancing the heart rate variability and autonomic nervous functions, inhibiting excessive inflammation and oxidative stress, and improving the level of cytokines in the body. The effects of vibration training on the cardiovascular and brain diseases and the related mechanisms were summarized in this paper to provide basis and ideas for the application of vibration training.
