维生素C与体细胞核移植介导的重编程

摘 要:

维生素C (vitamin C, VC)是一种常见的天然小分子,可作为抗氧化剂在各种生化反应中发挥重要作用。近年来有研究发现,体细胞核移植(somatic cell nuclear transfer, SCNT)胚胎的发育率在VC的存在下可以
显著提高,其中一个重要的原因可能是VC参与了DNA和组蛋白的去甲基化,使供体细胞的甲基化水平在核移植前后能够降至与体外受精的胚胎相似。该文综述了VC在提高SCNT介导的重编程效率方面的可能的分子机制,为进一步探索VC提高SCNT胚胎发育效率的机制提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:

Vitamin C (VC) is a common natural small molecule that can play an important role in various biochemical reactions as an antioxidant. In recent years, it has been discovered that in the presence of VC, the development rate of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos has increased significantly. One of the important reasons may be that VC is involved in the demethylation of DNA and histones, so that donor cells can reduce the methylation level as much as possible to the in vitro fertilization group before and after nuclear transfer. This article reviewed the possible molecular mechanism of VC in improving the efficiency of SCNT-mediated reprogramming, and provided a basis for further exploring the mechanism of VC improving the efficiency of SCNT embryo development.
