摘 要:细胞外基质受体整合蛋白全方位影响细胞的形态、运动、存活和增殖。它通过介导复杂的信号通路,将细胞外信息内传,调控细胞的生命活动。本文综述了整合蛋白的活化过程、信号转导过程及其与生长因子受体信号通路相互关联研究的最新进展。

Abstract: Abstract: Integrins, a large family of receptors that attach cells to the matrix, exert an extraordinary control on cell adhesion, migration, proliferation and survival. Integrins recognize cues encoded by the extra-cellular matrix and convert them into complex biochemical signals that control the behavior of cells. In this paper, we review the recent research concerning the integrin activation and integrin signaling, as well as their cooperation with receptor protein tyrosine kinases.
