运动对神经肌肉接头老龄化的调节作用
摘 要:
神经肌肉接头(neuromuscular junction, NMJ)是连接运动神经元和肌纤维的胆碱能突触,是神经元控制骨骼肌运动的结构基础。衰老过程伴随着神经肌肉接头的退行性改变,而运动能改善神经肌肉接头的结构和功能。现对神经肌肉接头老龄化特征、运动调节神经肌肉接头老龄化的作用及分子机制进行综述,希望对进一步研究和改善神经肌肉接头老龄化提供参考。

Abstract:
Neuromuscular junction (NMJ) is a cholinergic synapse formed between motor neurons and skeletal muscle fibers, which is the structural basis for neurons to control muscle contraction. NMJ undergoes degenerative changes with aging. Exercising can improve the structure and function of aged NMJ. In this paper, we reviewed the characteristics of aged NMJ, the effects of exercise on its improvement, as well as the underlying molecular mechanism. These are of great significance for further improvement of neuromuscular junction in aging.
