从果蝇到家蚕:精子发生过程及调控机制概述
摘 要:
昆虫作为地球上种类最多、数量最大的动物种群具有强大的繁殖能力。精子发生作为昆虫繁衍后代的重要环节,一直是发育生物学领域研究的热点问题。该文概述了黑腹果蝇的精子发生过程,主要包括精子发生早期和精子形成过程;并比较了双翅目果蝇和鳞翅目经济昆虫家蚕精子发生的异同。另外,文章阐述了果蝇精子发生过程中的基因调控,包括精子发生早期、精细胞延伸、精细胞个体化过程中的基因调控以及昆虫激素对精子发生的影响。这能为进一步了解昆虫生殖提供基础资料,也为经济昆虫,如家蚕的繁衍提供参考。

Abstract:
Insects, as the largest species and largest number of animals on earth, depend on their strong reproductive ability. Spermatogenesis, as an important step in insect reproduction, has been a hot topic in the field of developmental biology. The spermatogenesis of Drosophila melanogaster including initial stages and spermiogenesis was described in this article and the similarities and differences of spermatogenesis between Diptera fruit fly and Lepidoptera economic insect silkworm were compared. Furthermore, the gene regulation in spermatogenesis of insects including initial stages, spermatid elongation, individualization and the effect of insect hormones on spermatogenesis were summarized, which can provide basic information for further understanding on insect reproduction and also provide reference for the reproduction of economic insects such as silkworm.
