Abstract:

The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is rising rapidly and tends to be younger, which has become a major problem endangering human public health, and its related molecular mechanism and molecular targets have become a research hotspot. CD36 belongs to scavenger receptor, which participates in the transmembrane transport of fatty acids and is very important for liver metabolism. Further, CD36 can mediate the inflammatory response of metabolic disorders and promote the occurrence and development of liver disease. Therefore, this article reviews the function of CD36 and its role in the progression of liver metabolic diseases and its related mechanism.
