具有抗菌性能的纳米粒子的绿色合成

摘 要:

随着纳米技术的发展,纳米粒子在材料、医学、环境、载体等许多领域被广泛应用,因此,其合成方法成为研究的热点之一。传统物化方法具有成本高、副产物多、危害环境、条件苛刻等缺点,而通过微生物和植物体合成纳米微粒的方法由于其绿色、高效、经济的优点逐渐被研究者关注,且其副产物少、生物相容性高,更适合用于医用领域。传统抗生素易产生耐药性、损害机体,因此,多策略抑菌成为医学领域的热点话题,探究一种新型的抑菌策略具有实际应用价值。纳米微粒具有优异的抗菌性能而被应用于抗菌领域中,而这种性能与微粒粒度息息相关。该文介绍了不同的纳米粒子的绿色合成方法和体系,以及不同合成条件对产物粒度的影响,探讨了其在抑菌领域的具体应用,并对具有抑菌性能的纳米粒子的发展进行了展望。

Green synthesis of nanoparticles possessing antibacterial property

Abstract:

With the development of nanotechnology, nanoparticles have been widely used in many fields such as material, medicine, environment, and carrier. Therefore, synthetic methods of nanoparticles have become a fierce research area. Traditional physical and chemical methods have several disadvantages, for instance, high cost, by-products, environmental hazards and harsh reaction condition. Green synthesis by microorganism or plant is gradually focused on due to its environmentally friendly, efficient, commercial features as well as less by-products and better biocompatibility. Traditional antibiotics lead to drug resistance and body damage, therefore multiantimicrobial strategy has become a hot topic in the medical field. Exploring a new antibacterial strategy has practical application value. It has been pointed out that the extraordinary antibacterial properties of the nanoparticles are related to the particle size. This article introduced various methods and systems of the nanoparticle biosynthesis, the effects of different synthesis conditions on product particle size and some specific antibacterial applications. Eventually, we prospect the future of the nanoparticles possessing the antibacterial capability.
