胶质瘢痕体外模型的研究进展

摘 要:

中枢神经系统损伤后,由于胶质瘢痕的形成,过度和持续的炎症因子、各类抑制神经轴突分子的存在,缺乏营养支持和支持生长的细胞外基质结构等外在因素,神经轴突再生受到了强烈的抑制,神经功能恢复受阻。研究发现,星形胶质细胞的活化、增殖、迁移和胶质瘢痕形成是阻碍神经轴突再生及神经功
能恢复的关键因素。现就目前建立体外胶质瘢痕模型的方法进行介绍,并讨论各种模型的优缺点,以供研究者根据不同目的选择相应的模型。

Research progress in the modeling of glial scar in vitro

Abstract:

After central nervous system is injured, external factors, such as the formation of glial scar, excessive and persistent inflammatory factors, the presence of various inhibitory axonal molecules, the lack of nutritional support and the support of structural extracellular matrix, lead to a strong inhibition of axonal regeneration and the recovery of neural function. The key factors that hinder the regeneration of nerve axons and the recovery of nerve function are the activation, proliferation, migration of astrocytes and the formation of glial scar. In this article, we introduce the present methods of establishing glial scar models in vitro, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of these models, which will assist researchers to select suitable models for different purposes.
