视神经萎缩蛋白1与代谢性心脏病及其运动干预研究进展
摘 要:
视神经萎缩蛋白1 (optic atrophy protein-1, OPA1)作为介导线粒体内膜融合的主要因子,在维持线粒体结构和功能稳态中发挥重要作用。代谢性心脏疾病的发生会伴随着OPA1表达水平降低,而运动可激活心肌细胞OPA1表达,促进线粒体融合,改善代谢性心脏疾病的病理进程。通过梳理OPA1在代谢性心脏疾病中的作用,提出运动改善代谢性病理心脏功能的可能机制,这将为运动防控代谢性心脏疾病的实验研究及临床治疗提供新思路和新靶点。

Abstract:
Optic atrophy protein 1 (OPA1), as the main factor mediating mitochondrial inner membrane fusion, plays an important role in maintaining mitochondrial structure and functional homeostasis. The occurrence of metabolic heart disease is often accompanied by decreased OPA1 expression, while exercise can activate OPA1 expression in cardiomyoctyes to promote mitochondrial fusion, and improve the pathological process of metabolic heart disease. By summarizing the role of OPA1 in metabolic heart disease, the possible mechanisms of exerciseinduced improvement in metabolic pathological heart function were reviewed, which will provide new ideas and targets for the experimental and clinical research on exercise-based prevention of metabolic heart disease.
