长链非编码RNA——HPV致癌的重要“帮手”

摘 要:

高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) E6和E7在细胞恶性转化中极为关键。近年来,长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)在HPV相关肿瘤中的作用逐渐为人们所关注,但lncRNA与E6和E7的关系却鲜有报道。鉴于HPV相关肿瘤中E6和E7与miRNA (microRNA)的相互作用已广为人知,相信HPV感染也能通过E6和E7调控lncRNA的表达,影响恶性肿瘤的进展。越来越多的研究提示,部分lncRNA在HPV感染后表达异常,其在病毒致癌过程中的作用及机制被逐步阐明。该文就lncRNA参与HPV致癌进程的最新进展作一综述。

Long non-coding RNA -- an important accomplice in HPV carcinogenesis

Abstract:

High-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection is considered the causative agent of HPVassociated cancers. It is well established that oncoproteins E6 and E7 are the major transforming agents leading to carcinogenesis. Recently, some studies have been carried out on long non-coding RNAs in HPV-associated cancers with encouraging results. But there is scarcity of literature about the association of lncRNAs in HPV positive cancer and their possible interactions. Considering that E6 and E7 have definite interactions with miRNAs which can modulate the process of carcinogenesis, we believe that HR-HPV infection may be a key factor inducing lncRNAs
expression in HPV-associated cancers, and mounting studies have shown that some lncRNAs are dysregulated in the context of HPV infection and the mechanism has been gradually illustrated. This paper summarized the function and molecular mechanism of lncRNAs in HPV carcinogenesis.
