溶酶体相关膜蛋白LAMP1与肿瘤相关性的研究进展
摘 要:
溶酶体相关膜蛋白LAMP1 (lysosome-associated membrane protein 1) 是主要存在于溶酶体膜上的一种高度糖基化的糖蛋白,参与细胞内多种生理和病理过程。近年有关LAMP1 的研究日益增多,并且许多证据表明LAMP1 与多种恶性肿瘤关系密切。LAMP1 能调控肿瘤细胞的自噬,在肿瘤的转移与侵袭方面发挥作用,同时还可作为判断肿瘤进展及预后的标志。现对LAMP1 与肿瘤相关的研究进行综述。

Abstract:
The lysosome-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP1) is a highly glycosylated glycoprotein mainly located in the lysosomal membranes, which participates in a variety of intracellular physiological and pathological processes. Recently, accumulating investigations have focused on LAMP1, showing that LAMP1 was closely related to malignant tumors. It is proved that LAMP1 could regulate the autophagy in tumor cells, mediate tumor metastasis and the invasion of cancer cells, and it could serve as a biomarker to judge tumor progression and prognosis as well. Herein, the researches on the relationship between LAMP1 and tumors are reviewed.
