胃癌中PD-L1表达调控机制的研究进展

摘　要：

免疫治疗在抗肿瘤中的效果令人瞩目，其中程序性死亡配体(PD-L1) 受到广泛关注。近期，PD-L1抑制剂在胃癌治疗中取得了突破性进展。然而，胃癌中PD-L1 表达调控机制复杂，存在相互交叉影响的现象。该文总结了胃癌中PD-L1 蛋白功能、表达和预后的关系，着重梳理总结胃癌中PD-L1 表达调控的机制，为胃癌的免疫治疗提供理论依据。

Research progress of PD-L1 in gastric cancer

Abstract:

The efficacy of immunotherapy in anti-tumor therapy is remarkable, among which the programmed death ligand (PD-L1) has attracted wide attention. Recently, PD-L1 inhibitors have made a breakthrough in the treatment of gastric cancer. However, the regulation mechanism of PD-L1 expression in gastric cancer is complex, with the phenomenon of mutual crossover and influence. In this paper, we summarized the relationship between the function, expression and prognosis of PD-L1 protein in gastric cancer, with focus on the mechanism of regulation of PD-L1 expression in gastric cancer, so as to provide theoretical basis for immunotherapy of gastric cancer.
