尿石素A的生物活性研究进展

摘　要：

尿石素A是一种食用酚类的肠道菌群代谢物，具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗衰老等作用。近年来，大量研究发现尿石素A在多种癌症(如乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌和前列腺癌)、心血管病等疾病中均具有一定的生物活性。现对尿石素A在疾病中的作用及机制研究进展进行总结，以期全面阐述尿石素A的生物活性，为尿石素A的充分开发及临床利用提供参考。

Abstract:

Urolithin A (Uro-A) is an intestinal flora metabolite of edible phenols. In recent years, studies have found that Uro-A played a protective role in a variety of cancers (such as breast cancer, endometrial cancer and prostate cancer), cardiovascular diseases and other diseases. This article summarizes the research progress of the role and mechanism of Uro-A in diseases, with a view to fully elaborating the biological activity of Uro-A, and provides a reference for the full development and clinical utilization of Uro-A.
