长链非编码RNA在乳腺癌中的研究进展

摘　要：

乳腺癌(breast cancer) 是全世界女性中常见的恶性肿瘤，也是女性癌症死亡的主要原因之一。长链非编码RNA (lncRNAs) 过去被认为是“垃圾”，而越来越多的证据表明，其在乳腺癌的发生发展中起着关键作用。该文就lncRNAs 的功能以及在乳腺癌诊断和治疗中的作用进行综述。

Research progress of long non-coding RNA in breast cancer

Abstract:

Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women worldwide, and it is also one of the main causes of cancer-related deaths in women. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) were previously considered "junk", and there is increasing evidence that they play a key role in the development of breast cancer. This article reviewed the functions of lncRNAs and its role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
