运动干预缺血性心脏病及其机制研究进展

摘　要：

缺血性心脏病(ischemic heart disease, IHD) 是由冠状循环供血障碍导致心肌损伤坏死，严重损害心功能的一种常见的心血管疾病。运动干预作为IHD 的一种重要预防和术后康复手段，因其廉价和易操作的特性，近年来在IHD 的康复治疗中受到越来越多的关注。通过梳理文献，该文系统归纳出运动对IHD 的改善效应及其生物学机制，以期提供预防IHD 及其术后康复的理论依据与思路。

Research progress of exercise intervention on ischemic heart disease and its mechanism

Abstract:

Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is a common cardiovascular disease characterized by the reduction in coronary artery blood supply, which induces heart ischemia and then heart injury and cardiac dysfunction. Exercise training has been viewed as an easy, inexpensive and important method to prevent and treat IHD. In this study, based on the reported studies, we reviewed the beneficial effects of exercise training on IHD and its possible biological mechanisms, aiming to provide some theoretical basis and new thoughts for the prevention of IHD and postoperative rehabilitation.
