非编码RNA在子宫内膜异位症中的调控机制及应用的研究进展

摘 要:

子宫内膜异位症是一种良性妇科疾病,影响10%~15% 的育龄妇女,其特征是在子宫体以外的部位发现有活性的子宫内膜腺体或间质。然而,由于其发病机制尚未明确,缺乏特异性症状和非侵入性检测方法,常需要外科干预用于诊断和治疗。因此,迫切需要更准确的非侵入性诊断工具和更有效的治疗方式。近年来研究表明,非编码RNA 在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中发挥着极其重要的作用,非编码RNA 的异常表达很可能为子宫内膜异位症的早期诊断和病情评估提供理论依据,并为子宫内膜异位症的治疗提供潜在的靶点。现就近年来非编码RNA 在子宫内膜异位症中的调控机制及应用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Endometriosis is a benign gynecological disease, which affects 10% to 15% of reproductive-aged women and is characterized by active endometrial glands or stroma being found outside the uterine cavity. However, the pathogenesis of endometriosis remains unclear, and a lack of specific symptoms and non-invasive diagnostic tools necessitates surgical intervention for diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, there is an urgent need for more accurate non-invasive diagnostic tools and effective treatment methods. Current researches have shown that noncoding RNA plays an extremely important role in the development of endometriosis. Abnormal expression of noncoding RNA may provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis and evaluation, and provide a potential target for the treatment of endometriosis. This article reviews the research progresses on the regulatory mechanism and application of noncoding RNA in endometriosis.
