慢性胰腺炎动物模型的比较与选择

摘 要:慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis, CP) 是一种慢性消化系统疾病,主要病理表现为胰腺的慢性炎症,最终以纤维化替代胰腺的正常组织,导致胰腺的内、外分泌功能损伤。近年来,为了深入研究CP 的发病机制,研究人员开展了大量动物实验研究,涉及多种动物模型。选择合适的动物模型对开展后续的实验研究具有重要的意义。现从造模的方式入手,比较多种常用的CP 动物模型,为CP 研究过程中模型的选择提供依据。
Abstract:
Abstract: Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is a common digestive disease. Its pathological manifestation shows like chronic inflammation of the pancreas, eventually replacing the normal pancreatic tissue with fibrosis, resulting in disorder of endocrine and exocrine functions of pancreas. In order to understand the pathogenesis of CP comprehensively, a large number of animal experimental studies have been carried out, involving a variety of animal models in recent years. It is very meaningful to choose the appropriate animal model for the subsequent experimental research. This article focuses on the modeling methods of CP by comparing the characteristics of various CP animal models, and hopes to provide evidences for selecting models in the CP research.
