BDNF及其下游通路与GABA能神经元发育相关性的研究进展

摘 要:

摘 要:脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF) 是一种具有神经营养作用的蛋白质,广泛分布于中枢神经系统内。BDNF 及其下游信号通路在γ- 氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA) 能神经元存活、生长、分化、发育等方面均发挥重要的作用。GABA 能神经元可以通过释放抑制性神经递质GABA 调节神经元活性,进而维持神经环路的正常功能。多种疾病的发生发展都与GABA 能神经元发育的异常密切相关。该文将就BDNF 及其下游通路与GABA 能神经元发育的相关性进行综述,希望为疾病的治疗提供新的方向。

Role of BDNF and its related pathways in GABAergic neuron development

Abstract:

Abstract: Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is a protein with neurotrophic effects and is widely distributed in the central nervous system. BDNF and its downstream signaling pathways play important roles in the survival, growth, differentiation and development of GABAergic (γ-aminobutyric acid) neurons. GABAergic neurons can regulate the activity of neurons by releasing the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA to maintain the normal function of neural circuits. The occurrence and development of many diseases are closely related to the abnormal development of GABAergic neurons. This article reviewed the correlation between BDNF related pathways and the development of GABAergic neurons, wishing to provide a new direction for the treatment of diseases.
