黄酮醇及其改良剂型抗乳腺癌研究进展

摘 要:乳腺癌是女性最常见的癌症。黄酮醇是一类具有抗癌活性且毒副作用小的多酚类天然化合物。该文从阻滞细胞周期、促进细胞凋亡、抑制侵袭转移、影响肿瘤细胞糖代谢、与其他药物联用、化疗增敏及逆转耐药等方面,就三种最常见的黄酮醇化合物( 芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚) 及其衍生物和改良剂型抗乳腺癌的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. Flavonols are a class of natural polyphenolic compounds with anticancer activity and low toxicity. In this paper, the three most common flavonol compounds (rutin, quercetin, kaempferol), their derivatives and modified dosage forms for anti-breast cancer are reviewed from the aspects of cell cycle arrest, cell apoptosis promotion, invasion and metastasis inhibition, the effect on tumor cell glucose metabolism, combined with other drugs, chemosensitivity enhancement and drug resistance reversal.
