BRCA相关乳腺癌概述及在中国人群中的研究进展

摘　要：乳腺癌是中国女性中最常见的癌症，其中乳腺癌易感基因BRCA 的突变是引发乳腺癌的重要因素。对中国人群BRCA 突变特点及相关乳腺癌特征进行研究归纳，并进一步建立相应的检测和治疗标准，有利于乳腺癌的防治。该文对BRCA 突变相关乳腺癌特点及其在中国人群中的研究进展进行了综述，希望能为中国乳腺癌的研究与治疗提供一些依据。

Abstract:

Abstract: Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in Chinese women， and BRCA mutations occur frequently in breast cancer. Knowing the characteristics of breast cancer (BC) in Chinese women who carry a BRCA1/2 mutation and then establishing the preventive and curative criteria， will be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. For this reason， the characteristics of BRCA-related breast cancer and its research progress in the Chinese population were reviewed.
