摘 要:软骨损伤的发病率逐年增高,治疗要求也从过去的缓解疼痛,到现在的恢复运动功能,达到或接近伤前生活质量水平。传统的治疗方式受限于软骨组织特殊的生理病理条件,难以达到良好的远期治疗效果,所以,开发新型有效的治疗方式是软骨组织工程领域的研究热点。要达到良好的软骨修复效果,除了满足必需的生物活性因子与种子细胞要求外,作为载体的水凝胶也至关重要,只有与软骨本身的生物力学特征相似,才能够为软骨再生提供仿生的微环境。为了达到这一要求,已有多种设计方式与结构被应用于软骨组织工程水凝胶的构建,该文从水凝胶结构设计的角度对其在软骨修复组织工程中的应用进行了系统的综述。

Abstract: The incidence rate of cartilage injury has been increasing in recent years. The therapy purpose also changed from pain relief to motor function recovery, thus improving the life quality. The traditional treatment methods are limited by the special physiological and pathological conditions of cartilage tissue, and it is difficult to achieve outstanding treatments in long term. Therefore, developing novel therapeutic approaches is hot spot in cartilage tissue engineering. Except the biological factors and seed cells, the hydrogel acting as the scaffold is also vital in obtaining admirable cartilage repair effects. Mimicking the biomechanical characteristics of cartilage using hydrogel can provide bionic microenvironment for cartilage regeneration. In order to meet the requirements,multiple designs and structures have been applied to build hydrogel for cartilage tissue engineering. This paper reviewed the recent studies of hydrogel designs and applications in cartilage repair.
