芹菜素生物学活性及其机理研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:芹菜素是一种广泛存在于各类蔬菜水果中的天然黄酮类化合物,具有多种生物学活性。该文主要从抗肿瘤、心血管保护、抗神经退行性疾病、抗2 型糖尿病以及安全性等方面阐述和探讨其作用机制,为芹菜素在这些疾病中的潜在应用提供新的思路和依据。

Abstract: Abstract: Apigenin is a kind of natural flavonoid compound widely existing in various fruits and vegetables. This review focuses on the mechanism of apigenin on anti-tumor, cardiovascular protection, anti-neurodegenerative, and anti-type 2 diabetes activities, as well as its safety. It will provide new idea and basis for the potential application of apigenin in these diseases.
