miR-373与肿瘤相关作用的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:miRNA 是一类非编码小RNA,经转录后调节靶基因的表达,影响细胞的功能。异常表达的miRNA 可引起包括癌症在内的各种疾病的发生发展。miR-373 通过参与病毒感染和炎症反应、细胞的增殖和凋亡、迁移和侵袭以及作为生物标志物评估临床肿瘤特征在肿瘤中发挥作用。miR-373 在许多肿瘤中表达异常:一方面,其受上游调控因子作用表达异常,影响肿瘤细胞的功能;另一方面,异常表达的miR-373 通过调控下游靶基因介导信号通路影响肿瘤细胞的功能。故miR-373 可作为肿瘤早期诊断、基因治疗靶点或是临床预后监测指标。该文就miR-373 在肿瘤中的功能作用和调节机制的相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Abstract: MiRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs that regulate the expression of target genes after transcription and affect the functions of cells. Abnormal expression of miRNAs can cause the development of various diseases including cancer. MiR-373 plays a role in many kinds of tumors by participating in viral infections, inflammatory reactions, cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, and as a biomarker to assess clinical tumor characteristics. MiR-373 is abnormally expressed in many tumors. On one hand, miR-373 is abnormally expressed by upstream regulatory factors to affect the biological functions of tumor cells; on the other hand, abnormally expressed miR-373 affects the function of tumor cells through downstream signaling pathway mediated by its target genes. So miR-373 can be used as an early diagnosis of tumors, a target for gene therapy or a clinical prognostic indicator. This article reviews the recent research progress of the functional role and regulatory mechanism of miR-373 in tumors.
